Europe Q4 2025 Roundup: Volunteer Cleanups, Drug-Prevention Outreach and Human-Rights Education
Across Q4 2025, community volunteers connected with Scientology community initiatives reported multiple local activities in different European cities. The quarter’s roundup included neighbourhood cleanups and public-space restoration, alongside drug-awareness distribution initiatives and human-rights learning initiatives delivered through partner programmes.
Activities were reported in Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, said: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public The Way to Happiness spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
